Mining Dispatch Systems
Real-Time Mining Dispatch
We designed and built dispatch management systems for two of South Africa’s major mining operations. These Laravel applications coordinate underground equipment fleets in real time, communicating with machines hundreds of metres below surface via MQTT. They run 24/7 across three daily shifts, tracking production, managing safety compliance, and giving dispatchers a live digital command centre — replacing radio calls and whiteboards with instant, data-driven decisions.
This isn’t a side project. These are safety-critical systems where dispatch accuracy directly affects ore recovery, equipment utilisation, and worker safety.

DM3 — Our Monitoring Platform
A Monitoring Platform We Built from Scratch

DM3 is a multi-tenant monitoring platform that tracks every aspect of your digital presence in real time: website speed and Core Web Vitals, uptime (checked every 5 minutes), SSL certificate status, email security, Google Analytics traffic, Search Console performance, keyword rankings, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Business Profile reviews — all in one dashboard.
Every Brandsplash client gets their own login. You can check your dashboard any time and see exactly what’s happening with your website, your marketing, and your money.
